Cakes

 We offer our cakes in a variety of sizes, from 5-tier wedding cakes to baby shower cupcakes.  We will be posting pictures soon to showcase a variety of work we have done.  If you have a special occasion coming up and you would like to get some ideas and prices, please do not hesitate to contact us and set-up a tasting appointment so we can discuss the possibilities with you.  Please see our contact page for email and phone numbers to use to set-up this appointment.  The following are just some recommendations, but we are able to accomodate special requests.

   

Standard Flavors - these flavors are offered in any style from cupcakes to wedding cakes

·         Pound Cake - plain or flavored

·         Carrot Cake

 

Specialty Flavors - these flavors are only offered as round, non-tiered cakes.  Some can be done as smaller sheet cakes.

·         Black Forest Cake with Morrello Cherry Filling

·         Caramel Macchiato with Coffee Whip Cream

·         Chocolate Raspberry with Coffee Cream

·         Coconut Cream Cake

·         Flourless Chocolate

·         Strawberry Short-Cake (Seasonal)

·         Mousse Cake - Chocolate, White Chocolate Raspberry, or Shortcake (Seasonal)

 

Ordering the Correct Cake Size for your Event

8" round cake serves 10 - 12 people

10" round cake serves 14 - 16 people

1/4 sheet cake serves 20 - 30 people

1/2 sheet cake serves 40 - 60 people

Full sheet cake serves 80 - 120 people

 

Special occassion cakes that are not conventional size will be charged based on flavor, style, intricacies, and number of people serving.
