Sour Dough

We pack all the big sour flavor of our Sour Dough Pullman neatly into these little rolls. Crusty and tender, these are excellent to serve along side a creamy chowder, hearty stew.

Yards ESA Mini Rounds

Nutty, yeasty and mildly tangy, our Yards ESA Mini Rounds are loaded with 9 grains and Yards Extra Strong Ale. Lightly crusty and very tender, they pair perfectly with anything from salads to roasts.

Mini Baguettes

Not only great bread to break at dinner, our Mini Baguettes are excellent toasted at breakfast or for a little sandwich at lunch. Made from the same dough as our Hearth Baked Baguettes, these have a well developed crust, soft interior and a hint of sour starter for full flavor.
