Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Sea Salt
An Italian culinary tradition, our Focaccia stays true to it’s Old World roots in style, flavor and texture. Flavored with extra virgin olive oil and fine sea salt, our focaccia sheets are thick and chewy with a light crust, similar to a deep dish pizza crust. They can be enjoyed simply as is, heated or sliced and filled for sandwiches.

Roasted Shallot and Thyme
Starting with our standard Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Sea Fine Sea Salt Focaccia dough, we add roasted shallots and thyme to create golden aromatic rounds brimming with a savory, herbaceous flavor.
