January 2010

Happy New Year!!  This is normally a quiet time of year for us, but this year we have some big things in the works; literally and figuratively!!  An incredible new baker joined our team in December and he has a lot of awesome ideas, not to mention he is by far the best baker we have ever seen.  We also expanded our pastry department to include an incredibly talented cake decorator and pastry chef.  She has many years in the industry under her belt, and we are so excited about the skill set she brings to the bakery.

We are also participating in a winter market at The Piazza at Schmidt's. It is Saturday's from 10am-2pm.  This market will run through March, and then the one for the next season will begin in April.  Please come by and check-out our incredible new selection of Yards' Brewery Beer Breads.  They are so unique and extremely flavorful.

Be sure to check-back frequently to check on our new website design, follow-us on Facebook and Twitter to keep updated about all of the goings-on taking place at our little bakery.

As always, we thank you for your patronage and support.  We are looking forward to our best year yet!!

October 2007

August 2007

There has been so much going on this month.  By participating in the Head House Farmers Market, we have received a lot of public attention.  Previously we just kinda did our thing with our wholesale clients and pursued additional business that way.  The market has really helped us make our public debut, and has generated a lot of public interest.  It has been awesome, and we are so blown away by the incredible response.  We are actively searching for a retail spot where we can set-up shop permanently.  In the meantime, we will be in the market until November.

Also keep a lookout for an article being written about Wild Flour in the Inquirer.  It is due out the beginning of September.
