Country White Pullman

An American classic, our Country White evokes a time when all bread was made by hand with only all-natural ingredients. The dough contains milk, honey and a little sugar and yields a dense bread with a fine crumb and sturdy crust. It is exceptional when lightly toasted and buttered or simply slathered with peanut butter and jelly.

Sour Dough Pullman

The secret to our Sour Dough is how much sour starter we put into the dough- it’s a lot, a lot more than other bakeries would even consider. Our sourdough stands tall with a golden crust, tender interior and tangy, sour flavor and aroma that make mouths water.

Yards ESA Multigrain Pullman

Our most popular sandwich bread- the same incredible dough that we use to make our Yards ESA Multigrain Rounds is risen in pullman pans and baked into a hearty loaf suitable for just about anything.

Yards Porter Pumpernickel

Made in the same fashion as our Yards ESA Multigrain Rounds, our Yards Porter Pumpernickel starts with a traditional pumpernickel dough made with rye and molasses. The flavor is boosted with the addition of rich Yards Porter. The resulting loaf is dark, dense and tender with a deep, complex taste.

Honey Wheat

Sweet, nutty and buttery, our Honey Wheat sandwich bread has a tender crust and medium crumb interior. The sweetness imparted by the honey in the bread makes it a perfect foil for savory sandwich fillers, such as bacon or turkey. Toasted, it’s a great way to start the day with a couple of sunny side up eggs.

Brioche (Open Top or Square)

Like any good Brioche should, we make ours with a copious amount of fresh, creamy butter. The result is a loaf with a rich, sturdy, deep brown crust and a soft, airy interior. It is the choicest bread for french toast, bread puddings and grilled cheese sandwiches.
